| Description: | Our 2017 Le Duc Saint-Vincent Bordeaux Blanc is a crisp and dry Bordeaux white, beginning with lively citrus and floral notes on the nose. On the palate, it offers an elegant and floral sensibility with flavors of lemon and peach, complete with a long finish and a mineral note. Unlike most white Bordeaux, which use a blend of white grapes, this wine is 100% Sauvignon Blanc. The result is a wine that captures the classic dry crispness of its grape varietal while adding the unique subtleties of flavor only found within the terroir of the Bordeaux region. Less than 10% of Bordeaux wine production uses white grapes, making this wine especially rare. We recommend pairing a chilled glass of our Le Duc Saint-Vincent Bordeaux with fish and soft cheeses. |
