In the mouth it offers a good mineral quality, smoothed over time to reveal a good mellowness. Its mineral quality makes it a perfect accompaniment for delicate fish, fried or - even better - steamed. It also pairs well with omelettes, poached eggs and lightly grilled or marinated vegetables. And it is also very good with soft cheeses such as camembert, whose creamy texture will be balanced perfectly by the slightly mineral acidity of this beautiful wine. |
