| Description: | Joseph Swan is one of Sonoma's classic but eccentric producers. These old vines in the heart of the Russian River Valley produce a Zinfandel (with some Alicante Bouschet and Carignan) with a level of alcohol of just 12.9%. A lighter style of Zin that doesn't shout at you, but still rich, ripe, and fruity: strawberries, plums, blueberries, and boysenberries, with an attractive floral nose of roses and violets. Yummy. |
