The location in Trentino, just below the Dolomites allows the grape to thrive. This spends 8 months in amphorae with its skins, followed by a racking, and an additional year in amphorae, which she believes breathes life into the wines. Ripe aromas of berries with earthy/dusty and floral notes. A beautiful wine of elegance. |
