| Description: | The fruit for this project comes from two parcels he owns in two of Burgundy's most famous white wine villages: "Les Grandes Coutures" in Meursault and "Les Femelottes" in Puligny-Montrachet. They come to total 4.5ha, tiny for a ngociant level project. The vines themselves are up to 50 years old, ancient by the same standards. The vineyards are farmed using the same biodynamic practices and are harvested by the same team as the Comtes Lafon estate. So the same care, and dedication is applied. |
