| Description: | Vinified in large oak vats and aged on the lees for 19 months, Ziereisen's intensely yellow 2019 Weisser Burgunder is clear, intense and spicy on the nose that displays perfectly ripe and concentrated fruit. Round and aromatic on the intensely fruity palate, this is a medium to full-bodied, fresh and mineral Pinot Blanc with a refreshing structure and delicate grapefruit bitters on the pretty powerful finish. 13% alcohol. Screw cap. Tasted in September 2021. |
