More muscle than the Vosne, but very well balanced for a medium to long term future.". Wine Advocate 90- 92 Points - " One of the highlights of the range is the 2020 Nuits-Saint-Georges Au Bas de Combe Vieilles Vignes, a lovely wine that mingles aromas of plums and cherries with hints of petals and sweet soil tones in an inviting bouquet. Medium to full-bodied, layered and nicely concentrated, with bright acids and powdery tannins, it's well worth seeking out. The vines here were planted in 1937." |
