It finishes beautifully with a clean, luscious finish reminiscent of tart green apple that draws you back for more. Enchanting. This is comes from Hokkaido, Japan, the northenmost part of the country. A cross of Hokkaidos native Ginpu and the heirloom Omachi, Kita Shizuku is a large grained rice type highly resistant to the cold, ideally suited to Hokkaidos frosty climate. It is suited for highly polished Ginjo sake and produces light and soft sake with lift and brightness.
