Hitorimusume Junmai Nigori Sake "> <meta property="og:locale" content="en_US
Winery: | Hitorimusume |
---|---|
Description: | Hitorimusume ('One Daughter') was established in Ibaraki prefecture in 1805. Nigori sake (its name roughly translates to 'cloudy') is cloudy and unfiltered with some lees remaining. It ranges from slightly cloudy to milky white in color. Although Nigori is usually the sweetest of all sakes, this one from Hitorimusumi is remarkably dry and elegant, with very pure, clean flavors of citrus fruit, starfruit, coconut and minerals. Its finish is as precise as an Austrian Grüner Veltliner finish. It pairs really well with vegetables (especially asparagus) and also makes a nice and refreshing aperitif. SMV: +10. Acidity: 1.4. Alcohol content: 14.5% |
