The difference between Cazetieres and Clos St Jacques is often the result of lower pH (acidity). in Cazetieres Which makes the wines taste more like black fruit than red fruit. Cazetieres is without a doubt, a top Gevrey site along with Combottes. The Clos St Jacques site is flanked by Cazetieres to the north and Lavaux to the south. |
