| Description: | The 2022 Pérgolas Criolla Blanca was produced with a blend of white varieties, Torrontés Sanjuanino and Mendocino and other Criolla varieties from old pergola vines. It fermented with some skins and matured in concrete, where the wine developed some flor yeast. It has only 11.5% alcohol with a pH of 3.19 and high acidity, 6.03 grams after malolactic fermentation. The wines are very fresh, and this is serious, tasty, stony and mineral, with complexity and elegance. 7,000 bottles were filled in October 2022. |
