| Description: | A classic blend of the five Valpolicella grape varieties Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Molinara and Oseleta. The grapes are pressed 15 days after drying and refermented for 5-6 days over the Amarone skins. Almost perfumed in aromas, spices, cherries, blueberries, chocolate covered raspberries and cinnamon. Rich and elegant with a velvety mouth feel and balanced tannins with hints of chocolate cordial sweetness. |
