The winery is located in Queretaro, Mexico, and is led by winemaker Lluis Raventos Llopart. A blend of 50% Macabeo, 40% Xarel-lo, 10% Ugni Blanc, this is produced using the Champagne Metnose, and aged 18 to 24 months in the cellar. The bubbles are lively and abundant, bursting with aromas of Meyer lemon flowers, jasmine, pear, and hints of Brioche bread.
