| Description: | An all Italian affair, this is a blend of Sagrantino, Vermentino, and Dolcetto from the Murray Darling area of Australia. The grapes were destemmed, and immediately pressed. Fermentation took place and then the wine was bottled with 14g/L residual sugar and left to finish in bottle. This is a lively, fresh dry sparkling wine with citrus and melon aromas, and a touch of leesy funk. Pair with canteloupe and prosciutto. |
