| Description: | The Champagne houses non-vintage calling card, known for years as Brut Premier, was replaced last year with a different wine, named Collection 242 denoting the houses 242nd harvest after its foundation in 1776. This was based both on the 2017 vintage and 34% of a perpetual reserve started in 2012 for this purpose, with the rest made up of other long-aged reserve wines. Collection 243 definitely follows in the footsteps of 242: it is equally ripe, fruity and textured, affording it beautiful, spicy depth and giving it a gastronomic edge.
