Koenig Alsace Gewurtztraminer (U)

Vintage: 2021
Description: Just outside of Strasbourg lies the Koenig Winery, the first kosher wine cellar in France. Alsace has a long and rich history of Jewish community—more than 176 synagogues were built in region, with one in nearly every town and village, so, it's of little surprise that the tradition of fine wine would include the kosher category. Fresh spring flowers as well as notes of green apple, dry on the palate with lime and yellow plums as well as high yet well-balanced acidity. Great with grilled fish, sushis, pies, cheese, and Asian food. Mevushal
