Their farm is a true biodynamic universe. They grow vegetable crops, raise cows and pigs, make wine, produce mico-brew beer and heirloom apple cider - all biodynamically. While Grüner Veltliner is not typical from Burgenland, this is a standout for its dry racy style layered with exotic citrus, fresh zippy texture and lip smacking dry acidity.
