The house grows more than half its grapes on 89 estate hectares and sources the rest from select growers. Their cellars extend below the Avenue de Champagne for over seven kilometers on two levels. The deeper cellar maintains a lower temperature for the wine to develop finer bubbles. The Pol Roger portfolio includes a vintage brut, a non-vintage brut, a brut nature, a demi sec, a vintage rose, a blanc de blancs and the Sir Winston Churchill prestige cuvee. |
