Get wild red cherries, blood oranges, sweet cranberries, crushed fresh thyme and a pinch of peppery spice. Light-bodied, aromatic, very dry and perfectly floral/spicy. Saignee method. Less than one hour on skins. Tank fermented/tank aged 6 months. |
