| Description: | Every so often I get requests for sparkling wines with just a little sweetness on it, not sweet like Moscato but just an extra bump of fruity sweetness and this wine is just that. Almost hard to even think of it as a demi-sec and the sweetness is so faint but I guess Super Fruity wasnt really an option. Perfect on its own but would be a lovely partner for foods with a bit of a kick in the spice department or complex dishes where you just want something friendly to serve along side it. |
