Wine Enthusiast 93 Points "The 2010 Carneros Cuvée Late Disgorged was disgorged in August of 2019. It has rich aromas of baked apples, pastry crust, roast coffee and hints of caramel coming through, although it maintains an undercurrent of crushed stone character. The medium-bodied palate is rounded and textural, offering toasty, gently creamy fruits. It has a very fine, creamy mousse and lingers in the mouth for a long, savory finish. This is drinking beautifully now but will age well in bottle if you prefer a more mature sparkling." Robert Parker 91 Points |
