Brkic Plava Greda Bosnia
Blatina
Vintage: | 2015 |
---|---|
Description: | From a plateau ("plava") in southern Herzegovina, where grape growing goes back centuries and is now being revived. The grape is the indigenous Blatina, the country's most important variety. Organically and biodynamically farmed, the wine is fermented and aged in Bosnian oak for 18 months, resulting in a dark, brooding, intense wine that comes in at just 12.2% ABV. Despite the low alcohol, the fruits are ripe and crunchy. Tasty. |
