This 8 year Whisky is 75% unmalted barley and 25% malted barley that has been smoked with fast-growing heather roots, rather than the peat used in Scotland. This gives the whisky a completely unique, green-smoke profile and makes the Ibar whiskies far more sustainable than cocktail whiskies using peat, which takes millenia to form. – ABV: 40% |
