Goto de Gomariz carefully farms their vines organically, with some Fukuoka influence as well, so they do not spray herbicides or insecticides, and use the bare minimum of treatments to keep the vines healthy. One of the leading producers in a D.O. where there the qualitative bar continues to rise each year. |
