A love of Corsican Vermentinu is the base for this soil driven wine with sea-breeze aromas. Basically, grown in an old ocean bed, it captures crushed oyster shells along with fresh linen, lychee, starfruit, lemon curd, jackfruit and pear. Light and crisp with light acidity that builds slowly to a tongue-smacking finish. |
