On the nose it has a broad olfactory framework conferred by fruity sensations of pear and green apple, and spicy references of black pepper, star anise, tobacco and leather. On the palate it is intense and smooth, with a persistent and pleasantly nutty finish. Aging in Slavonian oak barrels for 18 months. |
