Nacional Mezcal 1937 Cirial
Description: | The Cirial agave is part of the Karwinskii family that includes Madre-Cuishe and Barril amongst others; some even believe it is the exact same as Cuishe. Made in Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca, using traditional techniques and distilled in copper pots. A hugely complex Mezcal with roasted meat qualities, matcha tea, bubble-gum, and dry fruits. A beautiful expression. |
