| Description: | Our B Side Red Blend is powerful yet approachable with inviting aromas of fresh blueberries, leather, tobacco leaf and a subtle eucalyptus note adding intrigue. The lifted aromas lead to a well-structured palate with smooth tannins and layers of fruit flavors, red currant and clove spice. The wine is giving and additional notes of dried orange peel and tart plum hint at the good acidity found in fruit from the flip side. Food Pairing: This red blend is nicely balanced offering plush fruit, power and elegance making it easy to enjoy alone or alongside the perfect pairing of roasted chicken or grilled herb marinated pork tenderloin. |
