| Description: | "nicolo Brunetto". Before the Bordeaux investment in Argentina occurred around the 1970's Italian grapes were the most common plantings. Two friends, winemakers with a passion for Italian wines created Bira to revive the old plantings. There are small addition of Merlot and Syrah, but the 80% Sangiovese is veritally correct with herbed black cherries, eucalyptus, and savory earth. It is medium bodied in a slightly California style with chocolate and mild pepperiness. |
