| Description: | A semi-sweet cyser with a touch of tart cherries. At 9.5%abv this is a little stronger than a cider but definitely a little milder than most meads although it is definately not mild flavored. The tartness of the apples and cherries are obvious, but not overpowering. The honey softens the apples and cherries which add complexity to the honey. A great mead for the summer. Try it over ice on hot days! |
