| Description: | In the mouth, it shows the power that one could expect, but without giving way to brutality. We keep this association between the thick smoke, typed soot, barbecue and brine. A slight acidity, caught up by caramelized notes. Overall it's very close to the 2021 version, with the same finish. On the other hand, there is fresh fruit, slightly tangy tangerines, with a chocolate influence all the same, a touch of prunes, but the salty aspect somewhat masks this part. |
