| Description: | This is another small batch expression created from a blend of 14 barrels ageed from 10 to 15 years old. Always OC barrel proof, this bourbon is a silky 106.5 and really shos off her lush maturity. The nose takes you on a woodsy, cedar filled hike swirling with brioche and hints of roasted nuts, vanilla beans, and butterscotch. The flavors come together in a buttery, mouth coating spice box. If leather can be creamy, this is it. Machintosh apple slices dipped in cinnamon emerge and then back to soft vanilla on the long way out. |
