| Description: | A blend of 75% Pinot Noir, including 12% from the Bouzy red wine, 25% Chardonnay, 20% reserve wines. A tender pink appearance, a gracious sparkle born of very fine bubbles, an unbelievably precise fruity flavor which comes in waves, a fleshy structure with unestimable depth, and a beautifully balanced mouth revealing rich flavors of wine strawberries and raspberries. Pretty red cherry color with aromas of wild strawberries, raspberries, fresh flowers, rose petal and red licorice spice notes. A burst of strawberry and red cherry fruit on the tongue smooth creamy texture on the tongue with tongue tingly acidity and a long persistent finish echoing the red berry fruit and light spice, chalk like minerality showing up at the end, lovely creamy texture.
