| Description: | Manufacturer's Notes: Our family's estate vineyards are the culmination of four generations of winemaking excellence. Inspired by a seaside town along the California coast, San Simeon Wines are estate-grown and shaped by unique soils and the influence of the Pacific Ocean. Our Chardonnay is selected from our family's vineyards in the prestigious Monterey appellation. This wine was fermented in small French and American oak barrels with lees stirring to add texture and body. Flavors of tropical fruit and citrus are nicely balanced with spicy notes. This is a serious, full-bodied Chardonnay that is balanced with natural acidity. Pairs well with sea bass or fettucine alfredo. |
