Our Merlot grapes are selected from the Venezie, a premier growing region in Northeast Italy. This area is known for the steep valleys of the Dolomite Mountains and the fertile plains of the Piave River valley near Venice, ideal terrain for cultivating our premium Merlot. The result is a wine with a spicy character mixed with aromas of currants and black cherries. The wine is medium-bodied with a smooth, velvety finish.
