Château Saint-Sulpice Bordeaux

Vintage: 2019
Description: Tasting Notes
Château Saint-Sulpice has a deep garnet color. Still a little reserved, its bouquet reveals notes of red fruits, blackcurrant, blackberry, spices and liquorice. The palate is delicious and juicy, with velvety tannins and a structuring acidity. A gourmet wine that can already be appreciated in its youth, thanks to its balance and its secondary fermentation aromas.
Grape varieties: 80% Merlot, 15% Cabernet, 5% Malbec
About Château Saint-Sulpic
Since 1710, The Dubergé family has been passing on its passion and winemaking expertise for eleven generations. Christophe Dubergé, successor to his father Pierre Dubergé, is the owner of the seventy-hectare Château Saint-Sulpice estate, located in Saint-Sulpice-et-Cameyrac, a village in the Entre-deux-Mers region, between Bordeaux and Saint-Émilion. Located in Entre-deux-Mers, at the gateway to Bordeaux and Saint-Émilion, our 70-hectare estate benefits from three different terroirs: sandy-gravelly, clayey-gravelly and sandy-silty which allow us to offer a diversity of wines, each as complex as the other, and to obtain constant consistency in the quality of our products.
Vineyard Work - Committed to an Hve (High Environmental Value) approach, we have chosen sustainable viticulture, respectful of ecosystems and the environment (soil, water and biodiversity).

We work the soil as in the past, reducing chemical substances as much as possible. This qualitative approach also applies to the cellar, where we limit the use of oenological products.
