| Description: | The Arroyo Vista Chardonnay is grown in the heart of the windswept and cool Arroyo Seco Ava of Monterey County, widely regarded as one of the best places in California to grow Chardonnay. This wine is 100% barrel fermented with weekly stirring of the lees. The wine is then aged sur lie for a total of 14 months in French. Producer J. Lohr was founded four decades ago by Jerry Lohr. Still family-owned and operated today, J. Lohr Vineyards & Wines sustainably farms 4,000 acres of estate vineyards in Paso Robles, Monterey County's Arroyo Seco and Santa Lucia Highlands appellations, and St. Helena in the Napa Valley.
