| Description: | "blanc De Noirs". A 50/50 blend of Pinot Noir from Le Breuil in the Marne Valley and Pinot Meunier from the Côteaux Sud d'Epernay (Chavot and Moussy). The wine is fermented and matured in a combination of large format foudres and oak barrels where it undergoes full malolactic fermentation before bottling with zero dosage. Floral aromas with dried fruit, hazelnut and woodsy note. The wood and the red fruits are balanced perfectly with the high acidity and chalky qualities. |
