Palate: nicely rounded, mellow tannins, toasted oak flavors and a few hints of fruit. – Staff Comments: This is a medium bodied Bordeaux with Cabernet, Cab Franc, Merlot, Petite Verdot and Malbec. Dry, earthy, with aromas of sage, dried cherries and vanilla. Burgundy in color, this wine is perfect for Old World wine lovers! Leather, tobacco, mulled raspberries and oak. Pair this with coq au vin, or Beef Bourgignon. |
