| Description: | The Mtsvane grape has six different varieties with the hyphenated name denoting the area it is from, so the Goruli is from Gori, the capital of Kartli region. A greenish color preludes herbal notes of olives and fresh grass, there is a real Bordeaux Blanc quality to the wine. A little waxiness is detected (think Semillon), with less-ripe apricot and peach aromas. Great acidity washes over the tongue lifting the wines aromatics. |
