It is high quallity, planted in the right high-altitude soils, has weight to the palate, and it takes well to winemaking techniques à-la Chardonnay. The Druida gives off limestone aromas, dried green apple rings, caramel, apricot, vanilla and baking spices. There is just the right amount of oxidation, giving this young wine mature characteristics. |
