Produced in limited quantities, A Day of Dark Barley 26 Year Scotch offers aromatic notes of crisp green apples and gummy candies with layers of floral, white grapes, and pears tucked between swathes of dewy green grass. The palate shifts up the sweetness with swirls of honey, vanilla, and spice complementing hues of salt, butter, and poignant ginger. |
