| Description: | Cooler aromas of Granny Smith apples, essence of pear, acacia and crushed star anise are trimmed in all but imperceptible wood. Once again the medium weight flavors possess a highly attractive texture while exuding a subtle minerality that adds a sense of refinement and lift to the balanced, clean, nicely dry and slightly more persistent finish. This is lovely and worth considering. Burghound 92 Outstanding!. Pale colour with a light green tint. This has flesh and grip while the fruit style is not without elegance.
