It offers splendid aromas of blueberry, cassis, and blackberries. Elegantly balanced, the acidity and core structure deliver a persistent finish with hints of dark chocolate. Approachable and enjoyable now, but will be even better in 2019 and beyond. Pair with grilled filet mignon or a dry-aged bone-in prime rib roast. |
