| Description: | All good wines start with really good grapes. You can taste the quality in this wine. Made from Syrah, Castellano, and Touriga Nacional varietals, I found complex red berry fruit flavors in this blend, and a polished structure most often missing in California wines. I like the over-all vitality of this delicious red promoting Old World style and Portuguese wine making excellence. Tannin is present for texture and structure, yet soft and elegant. Winemaker Filipe Pinto has made this wine for us to enjoy this summer. It's fresh and pleasing to drink. A great pairing with grilled burgers and brats.
