Description: | Bruno Rocca is a boutique, family-run winery of about 12.5 hectares of vineyards in Barbaresco and Neive. In the 1970's, Bruno Rocca took over management of the vineyards and winemaking, with the aim to raise the quality of the wines produced and to make the most of the extraordinary "family" cru, Rabajà. Bruno's goal is to respect an ecosystem that maintains a natural equilibrium that is protected from pollution and other factors that could alter its natural cycle. They do not use synthetic fertilizers or treatments, instead they prefer to encourage biodiversity. In the cellar, they only select casks that have been seasoned for a minimum of 40 months, dried in the open air without mechanical means, and are suited to enhancing the natural evolution of their wines.
