Guess which French wine region provided the inspiration. Yes Bordeaux, and in that spirit the wine is built to last with a full body, medium+ acid and tannin and decadent flavors of plums, blackberries, chocolate, coffee, cedar, baking spices and campfire. The length is long and the complexity is high. This wine is drinking very nicely right now (2018), but would probably be even better in 2028 or even 2038. ". |
