| Description: | A vivid and lively blend of Spatburgunder, Dornfelder and Cabernet Dorio. Demeter Certified Organic and Biodynamic. Former European Bmx champion, Jochen Beurer's wines are pure energy. This is a light to medium bodied red blend of Pinot Noir, Dornfelder and Cabernet Dorio, the two latter varieties are included for added depth. This dry red has plenty of ripe fruit, but is harmoniously done and is pure drinking pleasure. Notes of freshly picked cherry, raspberry, sage and violets come through on the palate with a balanced finish. |
