Somewhat awkward despite the cherry note, but silky, with a long, spicy aftertaste. Best from 2022 through 2036. 42 cases imported. Clear ruby red in color. Expressive nose of fresh red fruits with a hint wood and forest floor. The palate is sweet and tangy with crunchy red fruits, wild strawberries, spice, nutmeg, bramble, and a hint of European oak. An extremely satisfying wine. |
