| Description: | Once upon a time, the British Navy was stationed on an island off the coast of Spain. The locals, who already had a thriving wine industry, realized that they could buy a bunch of Gin from London and sell it back to the sailors. but they could also make the gin and do it that way. So they did. The wine became the base, and the fresh Juniper berries on the island became the primary botanical. Softer edges and more ephemeral aromas distinguish this from London Dry, and it is a great choice for a dry martini. |
